The Heritage Corridor is a Metra line running between Union Station and Joliet, Illinois. The name Heritage Corridor refers to the Illinois and Michigan Canal Heritage Corridor. Unlike other lines, the Heritage Corridor runs only in peak direction. The line has 3 trains in each direction on weekdays, all originating and terminating at Union Station and Joliet. Except for seasonal services, the line does not run on weekends or holidays.
The line has the fewest amount of stations on any full line, all of which are ADA-Accessible
